1. If the size of an apparel item I ordered was not what I expected, can I exchange it for a different size?
We custom make apparel products after your order is placed. That means your product is uniquely made just for you. That limits our ability to accept certain returns or offer exchanges.
Please carefully determine the right size of the apparel product(s) you want to order as there is a size chart for every product in our store. Size charts can also be found in the "Product Sizes" link in the footer under the FAQ column.
Any ordering errors or faulty craftsmanship on Gatosk’s part are guaranteed to be corrected by an order replacement at no charge. You are responsible for the size of your apparel item.
Often we cannot re-sell custom apparel, which is why we may not be able to refund or exchange custom apparel.
Most American Apparel T-shirts are very soft and smooth and are slim fit (fashion fit). Customers who prefer loose apparel items may want to consider a size bigger when ordering American Apparel items. Gildan and Anvil brands often have more rugged, loose fit apparel items, depending on the model number. Bella+Canvas offers excellent apparel items for ladies and also has great options for men and kids. Most ladies’ apparel items are smaller than you may initially think. For ladies, you may want to order Ladies' Classic Fit Gildan 2000L or Unisex American Apparel 2001 only unless you know the exact dimensions (size) you are looking for.

2. What if I can't find the apparel style (brand or type) I want to order?
Gatosk currently offers apparel items manufactured by American Apparel, Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and Anvil. More and more decorated and customizable products are being added to our Web Store. We never stop improving!
3. What can I do when I see an issue with my ordered apparel item?
Review our Product Sizes page, and if you still feel that there is an issue with your order, create a ticket at www.gatosk.com/support. We will respond in the order your ticket is received.
4. What is the difference between American Apparel and other brands?
American Apparel branded items are generally the softest, smoothest and best-looking apparel out there. Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and Anvil have very soft and smooth apparel items too, depending on the model number.
The American Apparel stylet numbers 2001, 2007 and other model numbers have generally longer body length garments (about 1 to 2 inches longer from top to bottom) than other brands. The American Apparel garments are fully combed for softness and comfort.
All American Apparel and Bella+Canvas items are designed and ethically manufactured in Los Angeles, California.
5. What are your payment methods?
Our Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex credit cards, PayPal, check and money order as payment methods. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
6. How can I close my account?
