Raymond earned his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Maryland in 2009 and taught biology at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. for 12 years. In May 2014, with five years of network marketing (with a concentration in web advertising and traffic) and business management experience under his belt, Raymond cofounded Gatosk Operating Company, LLC. When he's not keeping up with the demands of his job, he enjoys being with his daughter, do-it-yourself projects, biking, weightlifting, day excursions and traveling.
Joshua Schultz, Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Joshua has over 10 years of experience in network marketing and retail management, having worked at various stores such as Walmart and Target. Before co-founding Gatosk, Joshua had worked as a full-time online marketer since 2010. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, bowling and skydiving (he has skydived over 80 times).

A New Jersey native, Donald attended Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Currently studying for his MBA at Frostburg State University, he brings in-depth expertise in start-up businesses, human resources management and business communications, and assists with and executes strategic planning for corporate growth. When he's not working, Donald enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons, reading, traveling and playing and watching sports.
